We would like to share with you an important information about the transactions with the Electronic Commerce Customs Declaration (ETGB) from the Istanbul Airport Customs Directorate.

According to the new information, to be effective as of Monday, September 19, 2022, it is necessary to prepare an official invoice approved by the finance and send it to us together with the foreign invoice According to Articles 114 and 115 of the Tax Procedure Law No. 213 and the Customs Regulation, the sample, free of charge and non-saleable and/or non-commercial shipments you have made via fast cargo.

Including your free shipments, In the absence of a finance approved invoice, your shipments will not be sent abroad. A financially approved invoice is not required for gifts sent only by real persons, return shipments and laboratory samples sent for analysis purposes.

You can add an invoice in a foreign language, including the exact same information as the finance approved invoice, to be used in the destination countries.
